1.Insert the fork tines halfway to the thickest part of meat(avoid bone or fattty areas) |
2.Hold down"PRESS HERE" button for 3 to 8 seconds |
3.Temperature sensor is in the right tine of fork. The LED lights will move up until the correct degree of roasting is reached. |
4.Refer to the temperature guide to determine corresponding temperature. |
(6)Battery:2 "AAA" battery included,if to replace,remove cap on top of handle,insert new batteries,with polarity indicated outside. |

1.Clean tines with soap and water only. |
